Super clean hotel, secure, cold AC and clean pool. The breakfast is convenient, prepared well and served correctly. If you leave the AC on in your room and depart, it is guaranteed that the staff will turn it off for you, just the way things are in Colombia. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Rooms were quite big and cleaned up thoroughly every day. Unfortunately, breakfast was rather poor and the furniture in the room would require to be brushed up or changed. The hotel was very centrally located, the noise did not penetrate though, however, there was no window with a view to the street. Parking was very well taken care of. El hotel como tal tiene una buena ubicación queda cerca al centro del espinal, cerca a un colsubsidio y un éxito adicional esta sobre la via principal, tambien de rescatar tiene una buena piscina y parqueadero el personal es amable; generalmente dentro del pago por noche incluye el desayuno, ya para el almuerzo y el resto de comidas recomiendo salir a comer en el centro del pueblo puesto que en el hotel los precios no son muy acordes a la calidad de la comida.||los cuartos son cómodos cuentan con aire TV con cable, closet y en lo personal estaban bien ||como aspectos negativos no puede uno comer o beber algo en la piscina o zonas comunes que no se halla comprado dentro del hotel, de ser así cobran un tipo de descorche o un monto según corresponda, te dicen que solo lo puedes hacer en tu habitación algo que en lo personal no estaba deacuerdo, también pedí 2 porciones de pan adicionales en el desayuno cada una a 1000 pesos cuando llegaron eran 4 tajadas de pan algo que no estaba acorde, tampoco esperaba la bolsada de pan pero si algo mas considerable.y por ultimo la hora del check out es a la 1 PM no se...
