Hotel Monaco — Hotel in Fusagasugá

I am currently staying here and I have to say, the street noise is unbearable.You will not get a good nights rest here.The night time clerk, I caught him sleeping on the sofa about 5:30 in the morning.I went upstairs to inform my elderly parents and when I went back down, he was gone !! There was a guest trying to come in but couldnt because the front doors were locked and needed the clerk to open the doors.I was there waiting for the clerk, he was no where to be found !! I had to yell as loud as I could .As soon as I did, the clerk came out of a room next to the desk.He came running down opened the door and I dont remember what he said because at this point I was angry.and left to go find some coffee since the Hotel doesnt have any ! And the wi-fi doesnt come in too well, I had to move around the hotel to get...

I walked in and the guy at the desk couldn't find my reservation, he tried putting us in a smaller room but we eventually go to se the room we reserved and told him that's what we paid for. We stayed there for a day had coffee and left to a different hotel, how ever the restaurant next to the hotel has great food for a great value...

El hotel es bueno, pero es viejo y eso se nota. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, aún así ofrecen un pequeño escritorio, televisor viejito con tv por cable. El lugar es limpio y cómodo. Si se siente un poco de humedad y es incómodo tener que esperar a la entrada para ingresar, porque en ocasiones no hay personal en recepción. Está justo al frente de la universidad de cundinamarca, así que la ubicación es buena y no tiene competencia ...
