An excellent tour by Daniel and Eu (who translated for us)! We learned so much not only about coffee, but also the history and context behind coffee production in Colombia and Jardin specifically. It was also fun getting some hands-on experiences, like picking coffee beans and “grinding” out the husks. I spent a wonderful week at Finca Mariposa.
