Absolutely fantastic property but you need to have the right expectations. The water and electricity are scarce in the area so you need to conserve both. The accomodation is rustic and has open holes close to the roof so creepy crawlies can be encountered and obviously sound proofing is not the best. But the location is incredible, very close to the "red zone" of Tatacoa and the observatories. Our cottages were spotless and the hotel is well maintained and secure. Camped for 2 nights. There are clean, warm showers, solar heated, and toilets available. The pool is small but located in a great place for the view. The shaded areas would benefit from better seating. Breakfast and dinner are available on request. Cabins are also available.
