Disappointing. Even though the hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings, and the cottages are very cute, it is definitely not worth the price you pay. Service is bad, staff was overwhelmed with the very few guests there were, and food and drinks took forever to arrive. Staff was not eager to help at all. Pool looked dirty and poolbar not functioning. Lacking music and ambiente. Toilet in the cottage wasn’t working well, nor were there any plugs in the room. This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel is incredibly expensive for what is provided. The first day we waited over two and a half hours for our lunch order. When I asked why it took 2.5 hours to cook my child’s pasta no one could tell us why all the food took hours to prepare. Somehow all the food arrived cold again. We had a 7-person cabin with bathroom in it and we really liked it! The beds were nicely made and everything was clean. Nice open bathroom.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. In the evening there is someone on guard which feels very professional and safe.
The food on location is very tasty and well priced. It sometimes takes a bit longer but that gives you even more time to admire the view.
