Nómada Glamping Mano del Gigante — Hotel in Huila

Incredible location, stunning views. We stayed in the “VIP” cabin but the service did not live up to the expectations.

Our package included a hot tub, a romantic dinner and breakfast. Firstly the hot tub was filled 40minutes late and only 1/4 with luke warm water. Upon communication asking for it to be filled up, staff argued that was the portion and only once photo comparison was received did they agree to fill it up more. We waited in the cold tub for another 35minutes and then finally someone came to top it up. But the water was not hot, barely even warm and it was too cold to use it.

Dinner and breakfast portions were very small: the drinks were half filled and there was no additional menu to order more. Staff seemed unorganised and confused about our requests to have the meals outside our cabin like was advertised. Wait times were very long.

Overall the location is fantastic, the cabins are beautiful, comfy beds and I have no doubt the experience would be 5 stars if the delivery was aligned with the expectations of VIP service that...
