Room Conditions: The room was in unacceptable condition. Mosquitoes were everywhere, including in the bed when we arrived, as the bed net was ineffective. Additionally, the rooms are not fully enclosed, which allows mosquitoes to easily enter and worsen the situation. Despite raising these issues with the staff, they repeatedly told us they were unable to help.

Location: While the property is located near the park entrance, it is far from the beaches. Guests must take a bus to start their hike, which eliminates any real advantage to staying outside the park. The location fails to provide the convenience one might expect.

Service and Communication: The service was extremely disappointing. After voicing our complaints, we were neither offered breakfast nor given an apology from the woman in charge. Furthermore, when I messaged her directly about the situation, she did not respond at all.

Overall Experience: The combination of poor room conditions, inconvenient location, and unprofessional service made this a highly unpleasant stay. I would strongly advise others against booking...

When we asked for help, they told us multiple times that they are not able to help us. The rooms are not entirely closed, which is part of the reason why there are so many mosquitos. The location of the „resort“ is right at the entrance of the park, far from the beaches (you need to take a bus to start your hike). No real advantage to sleepibg outside the park. Additionally, they did not offer us breakfast after we complained about the situation, neither did the lady in charge apologize. I texted the person in charge about the situation and she did not even reply to my messages. A very unpleasant experience. Therefore I would not recommend anyone...

No sé qué tal son las cabañas de este sitio porque cuando llegaron nos dijeron que habían tenido un problema y nuestra cabaña se la habían dado a otros que se quedaban más noches y nos dieron otra peor en un alojamiento cercano. Esto es responsabilidad de la gerencia y no de las mujeres que trabajan allí que cumplen órdenes e intentan que los huéspedes estén lo mejor posible.

Nos mintieron desde el principio con el cambio de cabaña, y nos cobraron directamente sin consultar cómo queríamos pagar cuando el pago no era automático. Pedimos un reembolso para pagar en efectivo pero no lo hicieron aunque insistimos mucho. Los dueños no están allí y se desentienden del negocio.
