We stayed there in February 2025 with a group of 10 people coming from Colombia, Austria and USA. The level of problem resolution and disposition was extremely low. The room that we were staying didn’t have appropriate water temperature, it was either cold or burning hot. We had a two year old traveling with us and that was not appropriate. All of the other rooms available had the same issue and after going back and forth with them they offered to move us to VIP rooms, but to our surprise, they were going to charge us for the upgrade! It is not like we were requesting for an upgrade, we just wanted appropriate water for showering. Also be mindful with the roaches.

Another very frustrating situation was when we requested for almond milk and the lady in kitchen boldly stated: “ Almond milk is just for foreigners”, that is such bad service, borderline racist, and shows the unprepared of the staff member. Besides the fact that we are foreigners, and the staff assumed we were not due to the fact that we can speak Spanish, the almond milk requirement should never be based on your country of origin. Be careful taking your business...

I was with my family and a large group of friends during a weekend. The place is nice and in good condition, however one of the children fell into a deep hole in the green area that was not marked, could end in an accident due to an oversight of the hotel. The food was not bad, but the service, for such a large group, was always in charge of two people, the same ones who checked us in, who did houskeeping for us and who, of course, did not have enough time to serve well during meal times; That part was a mess. At the end of the stay we saw how they could not balance the checks because they were very disorganized keeping the record of consumption, which generated discomfort on our part and on their part, who also did not want to accept suggestions on...

This place is beautiful. So much wildlife. So many different kinds of birds! Very relaxing area. Not too far away from the Parque del Cafe (about a 10min drive, they offer a shuttle to and from the park for a small fee of 20,000 at the time of writing this review). The staff are super nice and accommodating. They have some pets around the finca that are all super nice and people friendly! They do have a shuttle to and from the airport but I can't remember the cost. They have Direct TV in the rooms. They offer a turn down service for your room. Make sure to bring some bug spray, sunscreen, and an umbrella or rain jacket. My family and I had an amazing time here and are looking forward to coming back...

Stayed two nights and it was even nicer than expected and included a full breakfast. So many birds on the grounds and a couple lovable dogs and even a parrot, Robert. Salmon was quite good - they serve dinner - I thought it was $45 USD and it was actually 45000 pesos - so watch that on their menues (a pleasant surprise). I thought it very inexpensive by US standards and would recommend. See my pix. Was my first time to Colombia.
