Hotel La Chelita — Hotel in Nilo

We stayed here recently and the service was terrible. If you’re expecting to have housekeeping happen you need to let them know and leave your keys. When we did ask for it, it was as if we were asking for a favor. The towels are tiny. The beds only have a sheet. The woman that did clean the room was rude and told us that she shut off the AC because we left it on. Mind you we did that on purpose because we wanted the room to be cool when we returned. It was so hot. The hotel is located on a incline which makes it hard to park especially if you have a SUV. I felt as if I worked there instead of getting any customer service. I...

Excelente servicio. Tranquilidad garantizada. Instalaciones impecables, buenos precios. Nos recibieron hacia las 10am, solicitamos productos a la cuenta, los precios no son elevados, se puede acceder a almuerzo y cena y son muy buenos. La piscina no es muy grande pero es cómoda y se puede refrescar del calor. Las habitaciones son grandes, TV pantalla plana y servicio de agua ok. Tuve una experiencia increíble en el Hotel La Chelita. La atención del personal fue excepcional, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y hacer de la estadía más agradable en un ambiente muy familiar. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y bien equipadas.
