We were received very warmly from the moment we arrived. At first, the map made it look like the hotel was far from everything, but it’s actually right in the heart of Paipa — just a short walk to restaurants, cafés, and shops. The access road is a bit of a dirt path, but once you get there, the location is perfect.
Breakfast was simple but plentiful — coffee, granola, cereal, and someone always ready to make fresh eggs just how you like them. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared.
The receptionist, Patricia, was incredibly kind and helpful. Any time we needed something — directions, taxis, or local recommendations — she was quick to assist. (There are no Ubers here, so taxis are your best option, and she connected us with a reliable company.) She also helped us find an equestrian center nearby, which was a great experience.
Our room was spacious, and the king-size bed was comfortable, though it did seem like two beds joined together — still, we slept great. Some reviews mention the lack of an elevator, but that’s really not an issue unless stairs are difficult for you.
The spa was another highlight. The massage therapists were excellent — we tried the one-hour foot massage and absolutely loved it.
Overall, a solid 10/10 stay. The price was even better when booking directly through WhatsApp instead of Booking.com, and there were no surprise fees. Everyone here is attentive, friendly, and genuinely cares that you enjoy your stay. Highly recommended for anyone...
