Hotel Las Victorias — Hotel in Palmira

My experience with this hotel was very good; it's not a five-star hotel, but the people who work there are very friendly; 5 stars for that because everyone was professional, helpers, and such a good people, every time they smiled, especially the waitresses Jessica and Katherine (I think it's their names) they were so sweet, and the service was fast, friendly, and warm; I didn't go to the pool and The sauna, and I can't mention about it, but Colombian breakfasts were delicious and included, I ate some days taking my lunch, and it was really good; we had like a celebration an evening, and the chef (Jhon), waitress, and so on were punctual with the dinner, the plate was delicious, and we had a beautiful time as a family. Supposedly, this B&B is the one of the better ones of Palmira. That couldn't be any more wrong. Staff was friendly and all but the room was something else. Cuenta con una infraestructura verdadera de Hotel, a diferencia de otros lugares que ostentan ese término pero que están lejos de ofrecer servicios hoteleros. En Las Victorias hay tres tipos de acomodación, habiéndome quedado en la intermedia, que consta de una habitación para 3 personas con una cama principal Queen Size y una secundaria sencilla. Su baño es cómodo, cuenta con aire acondicionado, un balcón y televisión por cable, además de buena cobertura de internet WiFi. Por mejorar, la cama demasiado blanda y se agradece un colchón más firme. El hotel cuenta con una muy buena piscina, tanto para adultos como para niños, su comida del día es casera, muy suave y que cae muy bien.
