Hotel Caquetá Real — Hotel in Perímetro Urbano Florencia

Estuve un par de días en este hotel, por trabajo, y me sorprendió la calidad, comodidad y tranquilidad de sus instalaciones: piscina, zona húmeda, Gym, restaurante de calidad, wifi de alta calidad, habitaciones amplias... cosas que quizás sean "normales" en hoteles de ciudades capital en América Latina, pero que realmente son raros en ciudades pequeñas. ||||Está ubicado muy cerca del centro, aunque lo suficientemente retirado para que sea tranquilo y silencioso. El personal es increiblemente amable y eficiente, siempre pendiente a ayudar en lo que quieras. ||||Es algo costoso en comparación con los precios promedios en la región; pero si el dinero no es un problema y lo que quieres es el mejor hotel en Florencia, esta es la opción definitiva. ||||Ah, y si eres un fan de las camas grandes (gigantes), no te arrepentirás de dormir acá. ||||El lobby actualmente está en remodelación, así que la primera impresión que te llevas puede no ser la mejor, pero afortunadamente esto no afecta ni la tranquilidad ni la limpieza del sitio. Not only did it take the staff 25 minutes to input my name into the computer (even though I had a reservation), the wi fi didn´t work, the air conditioner didn´t work, the staff were rude, and no vegetarian food. It is also very poorly situated with no restaurants close by....
