Hotel Campestre La Posada del Rancho — Hotel in Popayán

Very bad place. I was living in popayan for few months tanking care of my mother, she is in a wheelchair and has PTD.. for what we spent all the time in our place.. I decide to have a stay vacation.. so the Campestre sound really good to relax and get out of the house that is what they offer... I made a reservation to spend the weekend there in a suite with Jacuzzi and spa treatments.. when we get they processed my credit car with suite and spa treatments payment... they offer a suite with a 2 beds.. therebwereb3 of us because I needed help with my mother.. when we get to the suite they told that everyone was making arrangements for a concert and was not people available to get a third bed to a room and want to move my niece to a other room.. we did explain my mom situation and ask to be in the same room before making reservation.. nothing was like the pictures or like what they offer over the phone. Everything is old and mold in the walls the jacuzzy with cold water.. so I called management and explained we can't be in this condition because the mold.. but since the on-call therapist arrived for us I decided to get the treatments to relax after the chaos... we didn't have privacy in our service they gave me a massage at the same room were my mom was getting massage and it was a food delivery in the same room.. they tall all the time... finally we were done at the spa. Next day I jave to change my mom toe nail polish because it was terrible aplicacion. They never reimburse my 490 thousands pesos but 3 weeks later the therapist were calling me to show proof of payment because they didn't get pay.. please be careful going to this place the picture are old and the owner very desonest he promised my money back and never did it.. I traveled to many places but this was the worst...

Los Jacuzzis de las habitaciones dañados, tenían fugas y se inundaba la habitación. Muy poco personal para la noche entonces pedíamos que vinieran a revisar el jacuzzi que se estaba saliendo el agua por debajo y tardaron casi dos horas en venir, no nos ayudaron a secar el agua y sólo nos cambiaron a una habitación que también fallaba. Ni siquiera nos ayudaron a trasladar las maletas. Igualmente no se informaba en la descripción de la habitación que tuviera tantas escaleras para acceder a ella. Iba con una persona en muletas reciben operada y ninguna de las había tenía fácil acceso para discapacitados. Encima, la falsa publicidad de la habitación que habíamos reservado y que no nos dieron. La habitación que había reservado era más grande que la que nos dieron y la descripción decía que tenía jacuzzi de hidromasaje. Esto no era cierto. Y para colmo esta habitación estaba ocupada o sea que no respetaron la reserva y por eso nos dieron otra donde el jacuzzi estaba dañado y encima otra donde también estaba dañado. Pasamos el tiempo secando fugas, peleando para que nos solucionaran y trasladándonos de habitación...

Noche 1/3. La puerta de la ducha no cierra, salir de la ducha es un peligro por el muro tan alto que la separa del resto del baño, sin espejo. Televisor: sin control , por más que lo pedí desde que llegué 11am hasta las 6:30pm nunca apareció. Restaurante: el valor no justifica la presentación, la calidad y menos la frescura. Churrasco y baby beef frío y si haces el reclamo lo calientan en microondas, los tiempos de espera son de más de 1 hora. Atención del restaurante: mala, partiendo de que no tienen comunicación con la recepción que es donde se piden las comidas. Camas: sábanas rotas y camas que traquean desde la de adultos hasta la de niños. Áreas comunes: piscina fuera de servicio, jacuzzi sin agua caliente. Recepción: no contestan de manera oportuna el celular porque dicen que están ocupados (es el único medio de comunicación entre las habitaciones y la recepción). En términos generales y para ser la primera noche… la calificación es de una estrella. Toca esperar mañana a ver si los huevos también son...
