Posada Jasmina Place — Hotel in Providence Island

Mi husband and I had the opportunity to stay at Jasmina’s for a month. From the very beginning, she made us feel at home. Everyday she made sure that everything was ok and we had everything we needed. She went out of her way to help us with whatever we needed, whether it was to rent a moto (for the 5 busiest days of the year!), organizing the water delivery for us, etc. ||||We also enjoyed the fact that the posada is located on a side street, which makes it very quiet (although it is a small island, motorbikes can be quite loud on the main road!). At the back of the house there is a big piece of land that belongs to the family where they have all sort of fruit trees. Jasmina and her family made sure we always had enough mangos and we also tried some fruit we had never heard of before :)||||I would recommend Posada Jasmina to everyone...

This is the place to book in Providencia! The rooms were really clean. Previously I stayed at a 4 star hotel in San Andres where the shower grime was left to be built up but at Posada Jasmine they were meticulous. My spouse and I work remotely and the wifi was strong enough for zoom meetings. I definitely think they should create a coworking space for digital nomads. The A/C worked well and we were able to acquire golf cart rental services through a neighbor. At night we walked around and one of the neighbors asked if needed recommendations on where to go. There's also a salchichapapa place across the posada that opens at 8 pm. At night is relatively quiet and it's easy to get around from this location. Breakfast was good and they had coffee and lulo juice. They offered scrambled eggs with a ham sandwich. Overall i would book this...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jasminas Place. Upon arrival and because we were staying 6 nights, Jasmina upgraded us to a cabinas with a kitchen area so we could be more comfortable. The room was very clean and the room was tidied every day. It was like a home from home.||Jasmina helped us with everything such as organising our snorkelling tours around the island (Nike the snorkling man is a great guy),buggy hire at a reduced rate - which is essentially for Providencia to get about and booking our restaurants for dinner (Donde Martin was our fav) Jasmina even did a complimentary laundry service for us. ||We also did the painting classes at the light house cafe - this a was great fun and I would definitely...
