Oma Hotel — Hotel in Riohacha

Don't let the neighborhood fool you (it is on fringe of town on bumpy dirt road with lots of trash around). This seemed like a very new property. Once you get inside things seem very modern and light. The rooms had A/C (treasured by this point in our trip). The issue is the power went out a couple of times and since the rooms we and our friends were in had no windows things got stuffy very quickly. Power outage obviously not properties fault and fortunately A/C worked all night. We had an easy walk to a one table restaurant that seemed to be someone's residence. Food and service very good.
