We spent one night here earlier this week. Perhaps my expectations were too high - I was thinking Baden Baden (Germany) type situation. We had cool misty rainy weather when we were there which didnt help and may have somewhat colored our experience?||Anyway...the staff was super nice and they spoke perfect english at the front desk and really tried hard- which is why I gave the place 2 stars instead of 1.||||1. The food is terrible- borderline inedible- in a buffet line without sufficient burners to keep it warm.||2. Our room was a cabin with a fireplace, radiator, and outdoor jacuzzi- none of which worked.||3. There were bugs in the room...moths, 1 beetle etc. i tried not to look.||4. It poured rain at night and the water floodedin either under the sliding glass door or down the chimney..and soaked my husbands carryon which was on the floor.||5. There are no walls on the main building..and it was cold and rainy for dinner and breakfast...and it was hard to get warm.||6. The hike to the waterfall was nice and waterfall fun.||7.The thermal pools where not amazingly beautiful...and I tried not to think about what one might catch ? I went in anyway but ...||8. The shower in the room was more of a sprinkle..no chance of washing your hair and having enough water pressure to get the soap out. Read moreThe 2 stars refers to the hotel only. ||Firstly, the hotel advertises as having hot water in the rooms however we did not have it. When we told reception at dinner time they said they would have it repaired. The next morning we still did not have hot water. We again informed reception at breakfast and they said they would look after it. By check out we still had no hot water and the response from reception was a shrug of the shoulders. Really? This is service? ||Second, the rooms are clean and the bedding is good (2 stars) however there was no thought put into the lighting in which there are only two choices in the room- full on gulag bright or completely dark. The bathroom lighting is also bad with one ceiling light and a dim corner for the sink and mirror with no light there either.||Third, if you go do not get the all inclusive option of dinner and lunch both of which are overpriced with average food at best. Mi hermana había tenido una estadía previa con su pareja y nos había comentado lo hermoso y agradable que eran las instalaciones pero ella se había alojado en el hotel. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia con el pasadia con mi familia fue decepcionante.||Llegada y Recepción:|Llegar al lugar requiere mucha paciencia y uno llega agotado, especialmente después de casi una hora de recorrido desde el centro de Santa Rosa. Al llegar, no se proporciona un simple mapa del lugar, lo que dificultó enormemente nuestra orientación. Un simple mapa indicando las diferentes termas hubiera sido mucho más útil que la botella de agua de cortesía que recibimos.||Señalización:|La señalización en el lugar es muy escasa. No hay carteles que indiquen en donde te ubicas, solo se encuentran algunas señalizaciones al lado de las termas, pero en el camino entre ellas no hay indicaciones claras. Como llovía copiosamente, seguí a mi hermana y terminamos en un rio termal, luego de 40 minutos llego personal a decirnos que esa área estaba reservada para huéspedes del hotel. Entiendo y respeto la política del establecimiento, pero sin querer omití el letrero de entrada que decía "solo huespedes", pero al llegar no hay personal con presencia permanente y realmente fue una experiencia fuera muy incómoda, por lo cual nos fuimos inmediatamente.||Conclusión:|Con una ubicación más lejana, y que se debe pagar más que en otros establecimientos similares para encontrar una señalización inadecuada, no recibir un mapa, lugares sin personal que vigile las piscinas y descubrir áreas reservadas solo para huéspedes es decepcionante. Para terminar, decidí enviar un correo indicando de mi decepción para ver su respuesta, y como pueden ver en la foto que anexo, han pasado más de 2 semanas y no han respondido, lo que claramente te índica como turista que los responsables del único correo en su pagina web solo buscar vender...
