Beautiful coffee farm in the mountains. The staff is over the top making sure all your needs are met . The rooms are comfortable and quaint. What's really appealing is the deep history that is evident throughout the property. The tour was fabulous! The rich history behind the coffee process from the ground to the cup is fascinating. l will never look at a cup of coffee again in the same way. Colombia has made a name for itself in the coffee industry. Hotel Hacienda El Roble is one of the reasons why. Maria, Laura, Carolina, and Teresa were wonderful! Didn’t stay here but giving 5 stars becos we were doing mountain bike and we were looking for a cafe and it was raining heavily. We asked their staff for directions to the cafe and she pointed us to the direction. However she saw us that we were drenched and it as raining heavily and she invited us in the hotel and made two cups coffee for...

Visité la hacienda hoy pero mi experiencia fue decepcionante. Al llegar, descubrí que el tour de caminata del café ya había salido, y en ningún momento se me informó sobre los horarios de salida. Lo más indignante fue que la encargada culpó a otras funcionarias por no haber proporcionado la información, sin asumir responsabilidad.

Para colmo, otra familia también había llegado sin conocer el itinerario, lo que demuestra que la falta de comunicación es un problema recurrente. Como santandereana, me entristece ver que un lugar con tanto potencial turístico ofrece un servicio al cliente tan deficiente. Ninguna de las tres funcionarias presentes se disculpó adecuadamente por el inconveniente.

Recomiendo a quienes estén interesados en visitar este lugar que se aseguren de aclarar todos los detalles del itinerario antes de ir. Hasta que mejoren su atención al cliente, no puedo recomendar esta...
