Hotel Olga Lucia — Hotel in Santander

I read reviews that there was not hot water here. It's true. I asked the counter and they said no rooms have hot water. I upgraded to a room with a view. I will include a picture with the view I got. I got a double room with a full size bed. The room is like that of a cheap motel. The room was advertised with a balcony. I will add a picture of the balcony. The room did not have any towels. Realmente cuando entramos por primera vez a la habitación tenía un mal olor. Se disipó cuando abrimos puerta y ventana. La puerta tenía que cerrarse duro para poderla ajustar. Al día siguiente en el hotel me sentí muy enferma hasta el punto de vomitar y tirarme al piso, se me bajó la tensión y no podía caminar, ello ocurrió en el baño de acceso público y no hubo protocolo de atención de primeros auxilios, la señora del servicio amablemente me brindó alcohol etílico para oler y detener las náuseas. Pero no hicieron más nada las personas administrativas del hotel. Le falta mejor protocolo al servicio del restaurante en la mañana. La verdad no estaría mal si el precio fuera mucho menor. Adicionalmente, nos cobraron 70 mil pesos por manchar una sábana, ¿acaso no estamos cubriendo el servicio de limpieza con el valor...
