The only good part was the service and the friendly janitors. We were sick the entire stay my entire family, diarrhea and everything the food here is very mid, I think they are just rea heating it all. The front desk lady’s don’t talk much, and the owners that were there just look very angry and not the nicest. I assume the staff get over worked they work all day every day and so I wouldn’t be very happy either. The rooms didn’t have fans in the bathroom and there was no shower head like that doesn’t even make sense for the amount of money my family was paying. Great friendly staff, however the kitchen gave us all food poisoning for 5 days, the day we stopped eating there we got better 😭 wouldn’t recommend because of this. The power also goes out on a regular basis and covenas is hotter than the devils a*s so when you don’t have ac it’s pretty uncomfortable. Hay q hablar de las cosas potivas y negativas, positivo el hotel es lindo en mi caso habitación pareja muy cómoda amplia en nuestra habitación todo funcionó, el baño es amplio se sale el agua por otro lado, la piscina amplia agradable. En cuanto al desayuno aún no puede cree q un hotel q cobre 400.000 mil pesos una noche ofrezcan un desayuno tan básico y malo, el horario al menos debería ser hasta las 10 am se les olvida q las personas venimos de vacaciones no a q nos pongan a madrugar, y la verdad no los empobrece hacer un caldo los mismos huevos todos los días terrible la verdad. Por otro lado el área de la playa es triste eso parace una playa abandonada, sucia, pensar en los huéspedes hacer algo más agradable las asoleadoras no sirven, mucha basura, poner unos bombillitos algo q se vea más especial, nosotros nos fuimos hacia la playa q queda en frente de ciela (ojo no es publicidad a ciela me he hospedado aya y la habitación e instalaciones de los hermanos son mil veces mejores) …. y los demás hoteles q diferencia eso si es Coveñas, algo agradable lindo y no es por rumba o música, es q se viene a la playa a tener calidad, y q la playa se vea tan dejada es culpa del hotel un espacio tan grande y no hay ni un baño para el huésped, en nuestra experiencia no se cumple las espectativas, para un hotel tan costoso, buscando lo q viene todo el mundo a buscar una buena playa, y ojalá las personas del hotel lean esto, pero terrible el desayuno deberían mejorarlo.
