Puede que a unas personas les haya ido bien pero en nuestra experiencia no fue así. el lugar es muy lindo y el muchacho que atiende es muy amable pero hubo algo que no me gustó y es que aparte del almuerzo que es un poco insípido pedimos una porción de papas, llegó el almuerzo y las papas no aparecían, el chico dijo que ya venían las papas porque ellos las hacen artesanales y hasta ahí todo bien no hay problema yo espero, lo que realmente nos incómodo muchísimo es que después de mucho tiempo de estar esperando mucho le pregunté a una de las chicas que estaba llevando los platos (cabe destacar que solo habíamos dos mesas comiendo de resto el lugar estaba vacío) me dijo ah es que las papas eran para ustedes ? Yo ya se las llevé a otra mesa y se fue como si nada. Yo seguí esperando pensando que me iban a dar las papas que le llevaron a esa mesa que ni las habían tocado pero no. Entonces pensé que me estaban preparando otras y tampoco. Entonces me levanté a pagar y le dije a la chica me dejaron sin papas y ella ni se disculpo simplemente cambio el tema, descontó lo de las papas y me hizo el cobro de lo demas. Hubiera arreglado todo con un disculpe por favor o ya vamos a prepararle sus papas. pésimo servicio...

El mejor hotel. Jose, Ana Mercedes y sus hijos hicieron de nuestra estadia una experiencia increíble. Nos recomendaron planes para hacer, nos ayudaron a ahorrar dinero en ellos, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros hasta que llegamos a nuestra ciudad. Las habitaciones impecables, se fundió un bombillo e inmediatamente solucionaron. La comida es deliciosa, los desayunos exquisitos. Las instalaciones están hermosas, piscina y terraza 1A.
