I come from the United States, and I stayed here recently with my family on vacation for New Years 2023-24. The place is clean, the staff is nice and helped us plan our itinerary for our trip. The location is ideal to all of the local and regional attractions within the coffee capital of Colombia, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Every room has its own separate shower and toilet. Such a great place to stay! I didn't really know much about Alcala before I went there, but Gentil and Martha are such amazing hosts - they made me feel like part of the family!
