JUST SAVE YOU SELF A BAD TIME AND DON’T COME!!! Are you ready for an unforgettable vacation experience? If you're a traveler seeking exceptional moments and genuine hospitality, let us guide you away from a place that falls far short of your expectations. Imagine a destination where "disgusting" is an understatement. Terrible facilities, appalling food, and abysmal service await the unfortunate souls who dare to venture here. We implore you to save yourself from this pit of despair. Instead, consider Termales del Otoño, Termales del Ruiz, or the enchanting Recinto Estelar del Pensamiento. For those who crave the pinnacle of luxury, bask in the opulence of El Nido del Condor. We must emphasize that the staff, particularly the cleaning team, did their utmost to salvage this sinking ship. But alas, the admin, receptionists, and waitstaff exist in a league of their own – a league you've never encountered before. Their education level seems to prohibit them from delivering anything remotely close to excellence. Don't say we didn't warn you. Having spent a week exploring other local hotels, we can confidently proclaim that this place resides in a league of its own, a league we wouldn't wish upon our worst enemies. Prepare yourself for the shock of a lifetime as you discover that most of the property's photos are cunning deceptions. They're either outright falsehoods or the work of a masterful photographer with a penchant for Photoshop trickery. These images are designed to ensnare unsuspecting tourists, like a spider luring prey into its web. The pools, a breeding ground for filth and neglect, will leave you questioning your decision-making. The stone surroundings exude a foul odor and harbor bacteria. Even the pool's interior is a disaster, with paint peeling away to reveal unsanitary cement beneath. There's no privacy, as the pools overlook a bustling parking lot, and anyone can enter for a nominal fee. Prepare to share your aquatic oasis with individuals wearing street clothes and dirty feet, day pass cost is really low, so anyone can come in for about $7. Let's not forget about the dining experience – overpriced fare that rivals top-tier hotels, yet you're trapped in the nightmare of a budget hotel. In the spirit of transparency, we've attached genuine photos to expose this charade for what it truly is. The rooms? They're nothing short of a bad architectural joke. So, fellow traveler, we beseech you, heed this cautionary tale and look elsewhere for your vacation haven. This place is a haunting nightmare dressed as a dream. Your dream vacation deserves so much more.

Our family visited the termales only and not the hotel. Getting there: We took the Gran Caldas (brown color) bus to Enea/Gallinazo (!very important that it says both. We mistakenly took the La Enea bus and had to get off to take a diff bus). Cost: 2,600 COP From Cable area it took about 20 mins. The ride is very curvy on the bus and as it gets closer to the termal the area is more industrial and the road narrows. The Termal is very nice and simple. When you enter there if the check in desk ahead of you. The changing room/shower with free digital lockers to the right. We opted to get the combo with meal. The food was very good. We maintained low expectations based on comments but we liked the food. We only wish the drinks were normal sized as they were super tiny for adults. We got pasta, chicken, fries, salad. 2 adults and one 8 year old child. The combo also included a snack of arepa, cheese and a hot beverage that was delicious! The kids snack was ice cream. There were 3 pools. The one closest to the check in desk felt cooler to us but was still nice. The sulphur smell was lighter than the other termales we’ve visited. There were a few couples (young and old) and families there when we arrived. We entered around 3pm on a Tuesday and it place was not crowded. We left around 8pm and the placed started to get more crowded as large groups were checking in. The location was nice and felt secluded. The pools were warm. The showers you’re suggested to do every 20 mins were so cooooooold but made entering again feel great as the pools felt warm again after our bodies got used to the warm thermal water. We opted to take a taxi back and paid $18,000 COP (the taxia rate was $13,000 though). We loved our time here and definitely will be back here and would like to try the other termales further up the mountain.

There was nobody at the reception, then one guy show us were the rooms were. Then back to the reception to pay for the room and then bring us to the actual room. They were doing some renovation so some part of the stairs were not practicable. Also painters were just outside our room windows in the morning. The pools closes at midnight and we could hear the music until late. BUT the room was very clean, spacious and the bed very comfortable, the best mattress and pillow we got so far in Colombia (9 nights for now). The private little termal bath was very hot but nice. The food and beverage were very good and tasty! We got the veggies burger, some home made juice and the breakfast was good as well.
