MANDUKA Villavicencio — Hotel in Villavicencio

Visited Carlos and his little paradise back in May 2022.

First of all, Carlos is a legend! He is very warm, amiable, and always up for a fun chat! He is also a great cook, and he serves some killer patacon with cheese, but can prepare any type of meat, including fish!

The nature around the hostel is simply breathtaking, the vista is really lovely, and there is a hammock to enjoy the sounds of the raw nature. There is also a swimming pool between it all.

The houses themselves are equipped with wardrobes, queen-sized beds, mosquito nets, bathrooms (with hot showers, yay!).

There is also a lobby which I used as a coworking space, there is fresh, drinkable water around, and a great coffee. Very cozy for digital nomads looking to escape the urban jungle!

Overall, I would really recommend this hostel for couples and anyone traveling solo as Carlos, his crew and friends are warm and amiable people whom you will consider great friends after your stay. Glad I discovered this...

Entre gustos no hay disgustos y al que le gusta le sabe... Es un sitio lejos de Villavicencio, cerca a los miradores, es un sitio rústico, suficiente para descansar, hay que hacer unos pequeños ajustes a las cabañas. La piscina está bien para el grupo, máximo 8 personas, 4 parejas... Olvídense de trabajar allá, solo descanso Y los dueños...

Buen restaurante. Comimos sancocho de gallina a precio cómodo, y de un muy buen sabor, viene con su presa de gallina incluida, acompañado de arroz y aguacate. La presa de gallina no grande, pero su sabor es excelente. Además tomamos jugo de piña con hierbabuena que estaba estupendo. Volvería a...
