ESTELAR Yopal Hotel — Hotel in Yopal

Excellent hotel, build with International standards.||Excellent staff and location.||The breakfast was rich, with plenty of food, natural juices, homemade omelettes, soup, fruits, cheese, everything. Thank you to the guy (with an avion tattoo on his hand) that served us every morning with a nice smile and kindness.||The rooms was comfortable and large enough. The shower was acceptable (not really hot water, but comfortable and nice).||The toiletries were complete.||The staff was amazing, especially Sra Jaqueline from the reception, that made everything to make our stay good (we had room 505, with a nice view upon the mountains).||The price was better when booking on their website.||Yopal is a very nice city, cleaner than other cities...

Pros: rooms are nice and we had a room with a balcony. This hotel is very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.||||Cons: Hotel’s location is not hood, everything closes early, not many stores or restaurants nearby. At night it can feel unsafe.||||Pool is very shallow, steam bath and sauna room are small. Steam bath was too hot.||||Breakfast was below average. Fruit did not look fresh.||||Note that the hotel does not respect personal protected information (PPI). They ask at the check in time to show so called vaccination card. As far as I know any information related to your health is PPI. I am not going around asking people whether they have a vaccine of any type or if they are diabetic. I think it’s not...

I never thought I would go to Yopal, but it was an amazing experience and my wife and I stayed at Hotel Estelar. They accommodated us in our 2 night stay. The staff was extremely friendly, gave us suggestions and advise on where to go around the town of Yopal. In addition, the breakfast at Estelar was amazing experience. They have the traditional Yopal breakfast, it was a delightful breakfast. If I were to go back to Yopal I would definitely stay once again at this hotel. Also, hotel Estelar is located in the center of Yopal and they are many things to do, shop, eat around that area. Thanks hotel Estelar for the experience and accommodating my wife...
