😊: Comfortable bed and the use of a fridge.. 😢: Initially, we were given the wrong room to the one we'd booked. It had a leaking toilet and a noisy A/C unit. We were moved to a better room, still not the one we'd booked, by the main road next to the very noisy trucks using their "Jake Brakes" all day and night. The room had no hand towel or shampoo. Then the pull-down blind in the window broke and fell off the wall. They had the cheek to try and charge us for it. I informed them it was simply due to lack of maintenance, which they accepted, but they still gave me a very bad exchange rate upon payment. Mi esposa y yo visitábamos parientes en aqua zarcas y necesitábamos un lugar donde quedarnos. Hotel Vale's, a 3 km de distancia, llenó la factura muy bien. La habitación doble con una cama de matrimonio parecía ser una construcción relativamente nueva, estaba muy limpia, tenía un buen aparato de aire acondicionado y una gran ducha acristalada con abundante agua caliente. Una nevera y cafetera está en la habitación. Los anfitriones fueron muy agradables y serviciales y hablaban un buen inglés, lo cual fue una ventaja para mí ya que mi español no es tan bueno. El desayuno en el comedor al aire libre está incluido en la habitación y estaba delicioso. El propietario conoce la atracción local y las aguas termales. My wife and I were visiting relatives in aqua zarcas and needed a place to stay. Hotel Vale's, 3 km away, filled the bill nicely. The double room with a queen bed appeared to be relatively new construction, was very clean, good airconditioner and a large, glassed in shower with plenty of hot water. A refrigerator and coffee maker is in the room. The hosts were very pleasant and accommodating and spoke good english which was a plus for me as my spanish is not so good. Experience mitigé pour ma part. Le personnel est très aimable. Mais malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu une bonne expérience. Arrivée à l'hôtel nos 2 chambres n'ont pas été prise en compte alors que j'avais bien reçu la confirmation. Résultat il a fallu négocier pour qu'il nous trouve un hôtel pour au moins passer la première nuit. Au lieu de 2 chambres nous en avons eu une seule dans un hôtel d'un standing en dessous mais l'essentiel est d'avoir un toit pour la nuit. Le lendemain le patron s'est excusé nous a dit qu'il nous offrait le petit déjeuner et qu'on aurait un upgrade de chambre. Au moment de payer finalement le petit déjeuner offert et l'upgrade de chambre nous a été facturé pour compenser la première nuit d'une seule chambre au lieu de deux....
