We stayed here for almost a week, and it was truly a fantastic experience. First of all: the location is breathtakingly beautiful, that alone makes it absolutely worth visiting.
The owners and their children were incredibly kind and helpful. When I got sick the day after we arrived, they immediately came to our aid with fresh fruit, tea, and all sorts of other things to help. You don’t often see such genuine care anymore.
The cabins aren’t huge, but that wasn’t a problem for us at all. We stayed for a week and never once felt that it was too small. Everything felt cozy and perfectly balanced.
During our stay, it was wonderfully peaceful; none of the other cabins were occupied, which made it even more relaxing. The food was very good, and the price-quality ratio was excellent.
In short: this is a beautiful place with lovely people who truly deserve to be visited. If you’re hesitating about going, do it! You won’t regret it. If I ever return to Costa Rica, I’ll definitely...
Read moreAbsolutely breathtaking views! We were surrounded by howler monkeys—dozens of them in the trees all around the property, even climbing right next to our balcony. The family running the hotel is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they truly go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The drive up already offers stunning views (a 4x4 is recommended), and once you’re there, it’s pure peace and quiet. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and the houses are modern, very clean, and come with large covered balconies overlooking the beautiful landscape. Just a short drive away, you can see the stunning Scarlet Macaws in the wild and visit some of the area’s most beautiful beaches. A true hidden gem—highly...
Read moreAmazing getaway cabins! Truly a hidden gem in the bustle of Nosara. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is your spot. The cabins are so intentionally curated down to every detail and the staff are so very kind and accommodating. We loved all of the touches in the room, including the stargazing net! There are so many beautiful monkeys and horses around as well. Def bring earplugs if you come because the wind and the cicadas are quite loud! The road is also quite intense and amazed to get up there, but if you’re looking for slowness and ease on your travels, it’s worth it. Thank you Tatiana, Mike, Kate, Alex and margarita for having us in your...
