Hotel-Pensión Los Alemanes — Hotel in Carrillos

Wir haben unsere ersten beiden und die letzte Nacht in Costa Rica bei Kalle und Gitti verbracht. Die Abholung am Flughafen durch das bestellte Taxi hat wunderbar geklappt und wir wurden im Hotel sehr herzlich begrüßt, obwohl es schon spät am Abend war. Wir saßen noch eine Weile gemeinsam draußen und haben die ersten Tipps über Costa Rica bekommen.||||Unseren Mietwagen (Daihatsu Terios) haben wir im Voraus über die Unterkunft gebucht, und er wurde am nächsten Tag zu uns gebracht. Die Übergabe war problemlos und es wurde von der Mietwagenfirma nicht versucht, weitere Versicherungen aufzuschwatzen. Die Abgabe erfolgte dann ebenfalls bei Los Alemanes, wo wir unsere letzte Nacht in Costa Rica verbracht haben.||||WIr haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft! Dank Kalles Tipps und Karten hatten wir gleich ein Programm für den ersten Tag (Fahrt zum Poas und zur Lagune Hule) und konnten auf der Fahrt von Alajuela in die Karibik die Innenstadt von San Jose...

Rooms are old, small, loud and dirty. Breakfast was the cheapest they found on super market. It was not close to the airport (more than 30 minutes). The owner were unkind. They told us our itineary wouldn't be good. Instead we should stay and do trips to sights in the highlands (the surrounding area). Please don't ask...

Il n'y a pas internet dans les chambres Pas de navette aéroport comme mentionné dans l'annonce. Attitude déplorable ! Le propriétaire ne nous a pas permis de rester dans le jardin avec nos valises en attendant notre vol alors que l'hôtel était vide et qu'il est proche de l'aéroport. On nous demandait 20 dollars de plus !! Les propriétaires ne parlent pas anglais !! La carte bancaire n'est pas acceptée. 40 dollars US la nuit, cher pour ce que c'est.
