No hot water in the room, good A/C, beds are regular but fine to stay 1-2 days, they have available pool and seems to be good, also offer restaurant with good meals at affordable prices and good service just the space is limited to not much tables so depending on the time you will be required to wait in case you want to eat there. Ojo con este hotel, el martes 4 de junio, reserve este hotel por esta página, ya que hace un año estuve ahí, y su estancia en aquel momento fue buena, esta vez yo y mi hermano fuimos reservando la habitación igual que la otra vez, y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa, que en la madrugada del viernes para el sábado nuestra habitación la habían vendido, y cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación pequeña por el mismo precio, esto se llama estafa y creo que los dueños son participe de esta situación, la muchacha llamada Siksy y otro llamado José, son los responsable de esta estafa, al final pedimos se nos devolviera el dinero y asi se hizo, y nos fuimos buscando otro hotel|Cual fue nuestra sorpresa en toda la ciudad Neyli, que todos conocían de las estafas de esta muchacha Siksy y su compañero José, hay que tener mucho cuidado porque creo que tanto los dueños como la administración conocen de estas estafas y son participe de ellas, porque sino este tipo de personal no estuviera laborando allí|Me da mucho dolor porque como dije hace un año estuve allí y fue excelente, pero si no hubiera estado y no hubiera visto la habitación, hubiera...

Limited hotel, facilities are nice but management seems to have challenges. My room had manual AC, and the mattress was awful. It's VERY uncomfortable to check in across the street, and then have to do the check out the same way, and you are forced to take the towel with you as well... (instead of leaving it on the room)...
