Marina Bahia Golfito Lodge — Hotel in Golfito

We are repeat visitors having stayed at Golfito Marina Vista Villas for the last couple of years on our trips to Costa Rica. We have stayed in both levels of the Marina Vista Villa apartments, and look forward to returning again the winter. Last year we brought friends and rented both levels which worked perfect for all of us. Vista Villas is located within walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants, and a fish market for some of the freshest fish you'll ever get. Cable TV, DVD, Wifi, telephone, air-conditioning, outdoor grill, a full kitchen and maid service, all for less money than staying in a hotel. Great views off the patios. Staying at the Golfito Marina Vista Villas was really comfortable. The space to relax, comfortable bed and furniture was a welcome relief after the long trip to get to Golfito. The apartment sized suite has everything you could ask for with full kitchen, brand new appliances, cable tv, wifi and great views of Golfito bay with boats coming and going. I've stayed at the Vista Villas on a multiple occasions and will continue to do so on return trips to Golfito. The villas are very "homey" and well appointed, with great gulf views and close to everything in town. They are right across the street from Banana Bay restaurant, which has great food if you aren't in the mood to cook your own. There's also a work out room with weights, treadmill, and exercise equipment for the physically ambitious. Katie and David are gracious and hospitable hosts. I thoroughly enjoy the time...
