Very private and tucked away. We saw a lot of wildlife. In unit #1, the valve that mixes hot and cold is clearly malfunctioning because it was scalding hot then freezing cold two minutes later. The mattresses are so uncomfortable (you can feel the springs) that our backs were very sore each morning. There isn’t much in the way of signage to find the place, so don’t even bother trying to find it at night. The property manager is cheerful and sweet. Excellent stay at the river lodge. End of July 2021.||Me and my partner stayed here for two nights while traveling through Costa Rica. |The lady running the lodge as very sweet and helpful with anything we needed. Made us a lovely breakfast in the morning at what ever time we wanted it. We sat outside on the tables was lovely. She was contactable on whatsap when ever we needed.||The lodge itself is great with lots of room and an excellent shower (very hot if wanted).
