Hotel Grosseto Palma Real — Hotel in Parrita

I did my reservation one day before my arrive, the manager told me I can arrive for lunch at noon and the will give me the room at 2 pm..... but SURPRISE no cook when we arrive at 1 pm. and they can´t give us the room untill 3 pm. when the room was ready "unbelivable". They want us to stay two hours hungry and doing nothing around when there is a chance that almost get to the room. Try to give more trining to the manager because the only answer I recieve was "If I don´t like it, please leave the Hotel"... guess what? We did it but will never come back and we don´t recommend you to go there. No custumer service, No respect for the clients and bad trate...

After staying in a cheap room in Jaco, we found this place to be a great value for your money. We we're going to stay just one night, but realized quickly to stay and enjoy another relaxing day. I didn't make sense to locate another place in the area that would be more expensive with less value. The pool tempeture was very warm. We had a good dinner at their Restaurant. Hace unos días estábamos buscando hoteles cerca de Bejuco, y nos apareció esta opción con buena calificación. Llamamos, pedimos una habitación para tres personas, y nos conseguimos una a un precio aceptable para la zona con desayuno incluído. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina durante la noche; el estilo Mediterráneo fue visualmente bastante agradable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran espaciosas, la cama deliciosa; además había refrigerador pequeño. La comida tenía precios accesibles y sabía bien. No asigno las cinco estrellas por tres razones: 1) falta un secador de pelo para damas en los cuartos 2) se tardaron más de lo debido en preparar la comida solicitada durante la cena ,3) esperaba un mejor desayuno en variedad y cantidad. Una sugerencia para mejorar ese último punto sería tener más opciones de desayuno que solo gallo pinto con natilla (que por ejemplo a mi no me gusta) y huevo con un pan cuadrado. Faltaron frutas, y se debe ofrecer jugo y café (ambas opciones, no solo una), no cuesta mucho y hace un gran diferencia.
