Seems to be a 'No Tell Motel".
A couple showed up at 3:00 am and went at it for an hour. You could hear EVERYTHING!
No windows, no fresh air. Toilet barely flushed. The rooms had an actual garage with a garage door. When someone showed up in the middle of the night the garage door rattled the whole place.
