GUANAGLAMP - Glamping Lodge — Hotel in Tamarindo

My family (kids are 6 & 10) had a fantastic time at Guamaglamp. The nature, the morning walks, hearing the howler monkeys every morning, we absolutely loved it. Every detail on the glamping and in the tents has been thought of. Beautiful! Although we had a car, we hardly left the site. Everything is there and that's all you need to have a great time. The kids enjoyed it to the max. There’s a great kids area, a pool, and making art in the common area. They played and had so much fun every day and so did we, we didn’t want to leave! And IF you do leave the site, you can easily go to one of the beautiful beaches nearby (max. 10 min. drive) or have a nice dinner in the coolest surf town Tamarindo. Also a big thank you to Joshua, Gaby and Isa! The greatest people, very sweet, sincere and super thoughtful. ||||We stayed about 8 days in the spacious family tent, everything we needed was there. The kitchen is super well stocked, the beds sleep great and we loved the outdoor shower (with still a lot of privacy ;). We also spent a lot of time at the ranch, a beautiful shared space where you can dine or just hang out on the spacious sofas while the kids are swimming. I stayed at Guanaglamp as a solo traveler in February 2022. I am not sure how I found Guanaglamp when I was searching for places to stay in Costa Rica, but when I found it I knew that I had to stay there. I planned my vacation around my desire to stay here so my expectations were pretty high. This place exceeded my expectations. The tents are spacious and very clean. Everything you need is there. I did not travel with children but they have a play area as well as an area for arts and crafts and games. Josue and Ysa are very gracious and helpful. The beauty, peacefulness and tranquility cannot be described in any words of photographs. Sitting outside on the deck in the morning with my coffee listening to the wildlife or watching the sunset while taking a dip in the pool was the best part of my vacation. It was one of the best lodgings in Guanacaste that I’ve experienced! Beautiful sunsets, cool comfortable evenings. The tents are equipped with every comfort particularly the beds and showers. Everything is attractively decorated, lots of outlets for plugging in what you need. The owner has thought of everything! The club house has a kitchen and lounge area by the pool that is very attractive. One can imagine every type of group having a great time there. We visited four different beaches and dined at two different restaurants.
