London Rooms Zagreb Airport — Hotel in City of Velika Gorica

very clean rooms railway is too close, it is pretty loud very thin walls, whatever is happening in the room next door is like it is happening in your room on Saturday morning at 8:30 AM, there was a guy at my window (on the 2nd floor) doing some construction work! three nights in a row there was a group of people partying all night. When we complained, staff informed us that those people are so rude and that they already warned them. There is no staff present after 11 pm. They even informed us that they can react only before 11 pm and that they saw those people with Vodka, and that we can expect another loud night. That night party started around 9 pm and ended around 3:30 am. Music was so loud that I could not hear a video on my phone. They were screaming, slapping the door, laughing all loud. Nobody could sleep that night. They were so drunk that I didn't feel secure in my own room. When I called the number from London Rooms Zagreb Airport website, a lady answered around 11:30 pm and told me that she will send someone. Nobody shows up all night. I was calling them several times and sending text messages during the night and nobody answered. In the morning they told me they are sorry, they did not hear my calls! And when I asked why they did not send someone or call the police, they just said that they called the company those people are working for :S Ok, I am not angry because those people were making a mess, I am furious that nobody did anything about that. I am not sure if it is legal to have a pensione like this without staff working 24/7.

Free airport shuttle was the best service, less than 10min drive to Zagreb Airport. The staff, especially the hotel manager Nemanja, were very friendly, cheerful with excellent service. They would help you to carry the luggage up and down the stairs between the room and reception. Although there were some renovation works going on during our stay, we didn’t feel any noise or inconvenience. The hotel were very considerate.

Nice room and chic reception, clean & tidy, very British decor. Breakfast is optional at €5@ and we just added breakfast on site. We had both breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant and felt good.

Velika Gorica train station is just 5min walk away, opposite to the hotel, but frequency is only every hour. It takes about 15-20min train ride to Glavni kolodvor train station in...

Check in was a little confusing as the reception area is in the restaurant and all staff was busy at the time. The lady that did check me in was nice and showed me up to where the room was .

The room looked clean but it had a pretty terrible strong smell in it. Not sure what it was . The beds were very comfortable
