Bed & Breakfast Villa Aria — Hotel in City of Zagreb

Club Arias Bed and Breakfast is closed for business and is ignoring my request ifor a full refund of my prepaid stay. I was assured my stay was going to be honored. Trip Advisor should NOT advertise said facility and avoid the embarrassment of associating with a business that does not justify the refund of funds they have NOT earned. Covid-19 is not an excuse to keep my “good faith”money. It is Not Acceptable The owners of Club Arias should refund my entire prepaid funds as it is the right thing to do....

I stayed at this hotel for only one night, but was impressed by the new clean rooms, nice sleep (not noisy though not far from the highway), very good home-made breakfast, and, above all, by the cares and friendliness of the hosts (you feel nearly at home).
