Despite being nearly 10km away from Zagreb city centre, their hospitality and comfortable atmosphere compensated mostly for it. Arrived late on check-in date. received email prior to arrival that the room is ready and available which is welcoming. Didnt see the boss but was served well by restaurant staffs who tried to be as helpful as possible. Room itself was big and comfortable. aircon is very good imo. shower facilities- no concern. They do provide free breakfast however choices are limited, not sure if that is down to the fact that Croatian breakfast has limited options? Correct me if...

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Not only did I experience theft from my room, but the management’s attitude was shocking and completely unprofessional. When I reported the missing items, the manager was dismissive and even arrogant, refusing to take any responsibility. He blatantly laughed off the situation, stating that theft in the hotel was 'not his problem.' Such a lack of accountability and respect for guests’ security is unacceptable. Wir waren für eine Hunde Show in Kroatien. Ein einfaches, aber sehr schönes Hotel mit Restaurant. Parkplätze findet man am Hotel auf der Straße. Es ist auch sicher dort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlch. Das Zimmer ist groß genug für 2 Personen und Hund. Es war sauber und das Bett war sehr gut. Das Zimmer wurde immer sehr gut sauber gemacht. Im Restaurant kann man sehr gut essen. Es ist reichlich auf dem Teller und vom Preis auch sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und einmal haben sie es sogar extra nur für uns früher gemacht als sonst. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen und wir kommen immer wieder hier her. Macht weiter so und danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

We were in Croatia for a dog show. A simple but very nice hotel with a restaurant. There is parking on the street at the hotel. It is also safe there. The reception was very friendly. All the staff are very friendly. The room is big enough for 2 people and a dog. It was clean and the bed was very good. The room was always cleaned very well. The food in the restaurant is very good. There is plenty on the plate and the price is very good. The breakfast is also very good and once they even made it earlier than usual just for us.
