Hotel Panorama & Restaurant LaVista — Hotel in Grad Šibenik

I stayed with you overnight on Saturday 26th August. I have stayed before with you, around three years ago. The hotel has deteriorated quite a lot since my last visit. The lift glass is shattered, the pool area has tiles missing and the hotel looks worn and in need of redecoration. The carpet is worn and dirty. I stayed in a room on the first floor and later in the evening I realised the air conditioning in the room was broken/not working. It was one of the hottest days of the year in Croatia and it meant I had a very uncomfortable and unpleasant sleep. Waking up sweating and too hot. I also noticed that there was water underneath the air conditioning unit which meant the carpet was wet around it. In addition to this the hotel had an unpleasant smell of cigarettes and a sewage smell mainly from the toilets. My room was not very clean, the pillow in the bedroom was yellow and smelt unpleasant. There were signs of wear on the walls, fixtures and fittings and it was in need of some repairs. The toilet seems to be constantly running and filling up which is very annoying. You can barely sit on the toilet due to space available next to the sink and it is hard to move around in the shower again due to lack of space. The spotlights next to the bed do not work on either side. I didn’t bother with the breakfast,when I did got down to the breakfast hall all I could see in the corner of the room there were cobwebs and it did not look clean. I do not plan to stay here again until the upgrades are made. In addition to all this, there was a wedding party on Saturday night by the pool and most of the time there was no presence on the hotel reception. Every time I went to make a complaint regarding the air conditioning there wasn’t anyone available for me to speak with. The hotel was full so I doubt I would have had the option to move...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights! The staff at the hotel especially Ana and Maja were exceptional! We had a very warm welcome when we checked in! We were assigend a room on the first floor! The room was well appointed but very small! It had an amazing view of the sea and a small balcony with chairs! In the summer it would be great! We happen to hit 2 days of rain! We did enjoy the bar area and their dining room! The food was very delicious, we had steak and pasta ! The breakfast in the morning is fine not as much choice as other hotels but what they served was good! The waiters for the bar and dining room were excellent! They were friendly and delightful! On our first night the wind just howled all night and we had difficulty sleeping ! We asked if they could change our room for the next night and Ana and Maja found us a quiet room on the second floor! They were more than happy to assist us! The room on the second floor was quite larger and had been updated! Advice is ask for a room on the second floor unless you really want a balcony ! On our last night as we were about to order dinner when the power went out! This was due to very high wind and storm! The staff took good care of us immediately ..brought us candles and a glass of wine ! The generator came on and all was well! We had another great dinner! Do try the homemade gnocchi! Delicious! The staff apologized for the few minutes of inconvenience even if it wasn’t their fault! The hotel is close to downtown and to several small seaside towns! We had an interesting stay at Panorama and felt well taken care of by the staff! The hotel could use some upgrading on the first floor but overall great...

WORST ACCOMMODATION IN CROATIA - ARROGANT STUFF, DIRTY ROOMS - WE CHECKED-OUT AFTER 5 HOURS I dont even know where to start. Okay first of all, we made a reservation online and when we arrived absolutely nobody knows about us. so we had to wait for 30 minutes and then we could get our rooms. i also sent 5 requests before our arrival and i got no response at all. the hotel is placed in the middle od nowhhere, there is literraly nothing in the area of 5km. the superior deluxe room was so dirty, minibar was empty and not working. and of course, as everyone else in their reviews said - the AC was completely not working. but the most incredible thing happened at the dinner time. we were in the hotel restaurant and there were about 3-4 tables and 4-5 waiters. we were waiting 55 MINUTES each time we had nothing to drink. after the last order we were waiting for 90 minutes and then the oldest and most unpleseant waiter came and ask us exactly like that "want something more or you will finally quit?". we were so shocked, so we asked for the bill and he put it on pur room without our knowing or signature. we left at 1 am, without spending single night there. nobody asked us why, nobody apologized, the room price was about 30€ expensive then in the online booking.

It was absolute nightmare, if you dont want to ruin your vacation, avoid this hotel...
