Wir haben für 10 Leute diese Unterkunft von Novasol gebucht. 10 Tage vor Anreise ist Novasol von dem Vertrag zurückgetreten, hat gegenüber uns keinen Grund genannt. Über Booking.com wurde klar, dass der Grund Überbuchung war. Booking.com hat eine Moneyback Policy von bis zu 14Tagen. Tja, Merkste selber. 10≠14. Somit mussten wir uns selber einen zweiten Urlaub vorstrecken.

Auf Nachfrage zum Grund bei Novasol direkt kam keine Antwort. Die Unterkunft ist zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung (2 Tage vor ursprünglich Anreisedatum) nach wie vor auf 3 Seiten (inkl. Booking) inseriert, einmal nicht unter dem Novasol Label.
