We spent one night in the hotel as family, B&B. Room is big, comfortable (see photos).||We took double beds room, put together beds and got king size bed without those "hole" in the middle as you have it usually when you connect two beds.||Hotel recently changed telecompany operator so turn on TV can cause you little problem but just call reception desk and everything will be ok. ||||Breakfast is not so rich and room where its served is small. If you have dinner you need to good in the restaurant 100m away, outside of hotel, where its served.||||Stuff is polite and helpful. ||SPA area is small but has everything what you need. Got a coupon for pretty cheap price. Sauna was amazing, it was my first time using it and it was a cool and relaxing experience. We were there in the middle of a week so there weren't that many people there. Outside pool was nice, it was sunny and they turned on the jets so it was fun. Water in both indoor and outdoors pool was very clean and the pools were clean. The hot tub was good too not as clean as the pools though.
Since we got a coupon we got to eat at the restaurant Garfield next to the spa, the Pizza was delicious and they are not really "small" Pizza, more like a large one in my opinion. We were pleasantly surprised.

It was our second visit to this hotel and this time it was pretty disappointing. The day was cold and the heating was not working in our room. The same was in the bathroom, but there we also missed warm water, too! I mean, waiting for about 20 minutes to get lukewarm water us really disaster. We also needed help for the TV as it was not working - luckily it was resolved.
Breakfast? Well, cold eggs... I really doubt that 4stars hotel can not organize heater for food.
