From the moment we arrived, Wellspring felt like a breath of fresh air surrounded by forest, peace, and panoramic views that calm the mind and soul. Just 44 km from Zagreb, nestled at 350 meters above sea level at the foot of Japetić mountain, this place is a true sanctuary for anyone needing a break from the noise and pace of city life.

The house itself is beautifully designed warm, tasteful interiors and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Outside, it’s even more magical: a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, heated pool, and a spacious terrace overlooking the valley. It’s the perfect setting for reconnecting with nature while enjoying absolute comfort.

We took a scenic hike to the top of Japetić, which was incredibly rewarding. The area is full of well-marked trails and lush greenery. For wine lovers, the famous Plešivica wine road with over 40 wineries is just a short drive away – the perfect way to wrap up a relaxing day.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful, kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. We truly felt at home (if not better!). The property is ideal for families or small groups (up to 6 people), offering air conditioning, parking for 3 cars, and a huge private garden of 2,700 m² space and privacy guaranteed.

**Moram priznati da sam boravio u mnogim kućama i vilama, ali ova je zaista nešto posebno. Ima onu posebnu čar u svakom pogledu. Komfor je vrhunski – grijani bazen s kojeg se pruža predivan pogled, kao i terasa na kojoj smo uživali u divnim večerima i druženjima. Tu je i wellness – finska sauna i jacuzzi za potpuni odmor i relaksaciju.

U prizemlju se nalazi prekrasan dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i blagovaonicom te jedna spavaća soba, dok su na katu još dvije, svaka sa svojom kupaonicom.
