Terra Park Phalaris — Hotel in Grad Novalja

We’ve spent joyful time in Terra Park house, sth like 100m from the sea. The camp was quiet and peaceful, just a couple of houses were occupied during our stay. The house was not big, but good enough for us 3 - two adults and a teenager. Fully equipped kitchen, with all the utensils, dishes (lovely cups and plates) and cutlery. The only thing I missed was a greater, so you can imagine we could live without. Although the houśe was not big, it had a living room with kitchenette, 2 sleeping rooms and 2 separate bathrooms. There’s a roofed terrace at each house, with sunbeds, chairs, table and armchairs - more than one may need. Everything is modern, new, clean. Bed are very comfortable, as well as sofa in living room. |What we missed at the beach were the sunbeds (we took „ours”, from the house), but it may be due to it was still not a season, the park has been opened again just a couple of days before our arrival. |There are also amenities available for guests - restaurant, shop, bar, gym, table tennis and basketball court. |The staff is very nice and helpful, supporting the requests and answering all questions. |I definitely recommend this place, we spent there a really great time. Not sure how one may feel during high season, but whenever there are not so many...

Beautiful Nature, but Poor Service

We stayed at this location drawn by the beautiful beach and clean sea, which were indeed enchanting. The nature is truly stunning and offers a sense of complete relaxation. However, our experience was significantly marred by numerous service and accommodation issues.

Unfortunately, the staff was inefficient and disinterested, which added to our disappointment. Additionally, there was a pervasive smell of sewage throughout the accommodation, both inside the cabin and in the outdoor area around the pool and terrace, especially in the evenings. This greatly diminished our enjoyment of the stay.

Although there are house rules for guests, it seems the same rules do not apply to the staff. Throughout the entire day, even on weekends, we were subjected to constant noise from excavators, grinders, and hammering, which was entirely unacceptable for a holiday resort.

We attempted to extend our stay for just two hours past the 10 AM checkout time, but were refused with the explanation that housekeeping needed to clean. Instead, we were offered the option to pay for an additional night's stay in...
