Disaster from start to finish

This apartment was one of the worst vacation experiences I have ever had. It was clear from the moment we arrived that something was wrong. The apartment was dirty, the furnishings were old and damaged. The bedding and towels were neglected.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking basic cooking utensils. The refrigerator did not work properly and the freezer compartment was completely frozen. The bathroom was moldy and the shower was clogged.

There was an unpleasant smell throughout the apartment and it was clear that it had not been cleaned for a long time. The windows were dirty and the view was of a neglected garden.

The owner was unpleasant and did not respond to our complaints. We felt very uncomfortable in this apartment and were glad to leave.

Don't make the same mistake as us and avoid this apartment. There are many better...

POZOR!! S rodinou sme si vilu BELL ROCK rezervovali cez booking. Za pobyt sme zaplatili a tešili sa na dovolenku. Cestovali sme 900km s dvoma deťmi a dvomi 70.ročnými dôchodkyňami. Po príchode na ubytovanie sme kontaktovali majiteľa, tento nás ubezpečil, že príde na ubytovanie o pár minút. Po hodine čakania pred ubytovaním v 40 stupňových horúčavách, sme ho opätovne kontaktovali. Arogantne nám zložil telefón s tým, že musíme čakať. Po niekoľkých hodinách čakania nám telefón už nedvíhal. Kontaktovali sme preto booking. Tento ho niekoľko krát kontaktoval e-mailom a telefonicky. Nijak nereagoval. Po šiestich hodinách čakania s dvoma deťmi a dvoma seniorkami sme boli nútení hľadať iné ubytovanie. Veľké poďakovanie operátorom na bookingu, ktorí sa snažili nám pomôcť. Nakoniec sme sa ubytovali na ostrove Pag o deviatej večer, čím chcem poďakovať pánovi Adamovi z apartmánu ANASTAZIJA, ktorý nás neskoro večer ubytoval. Do dnešného dňa nemáme ani len ospravedlnenie z ubytovania BELL ROCK, prečo sme neboli ubytovaní v zariadení, ktoré sme...

Unbequem und teuer! Das angebliche 3 Sterne Apartment entspricht in vielen Punkten nicht den Voraussetzungen für 3 Sterne. Die teilweise aus Flohmarktmöbeln bestehende Einrichtung war fehlerhaft und teilweise defekt (Stühle und Betten müssten erst repariert werden usw.). Mikrowellenherd fehlte, Markisen sind nicht wie auf den Bildern gezeigt vorhanden. Kostenlos zugesagter 2. Parkplatz musste beim Nachbarn teuer bezahlt werden.
