Luxury Villa TopHill — Hotel in Grad Omiš

Villa is very beautiful, however, owner requires €1000 deposit cash despite the Airbnb contact saying this would not be necessary. Then at the end of the week, he does not give you it all back. We were charged €300 extra for cleaning despite a cleaning charge already being included in the initial AirBnB charge.

The villa was left in very good condition, the owner was nice at the beginning but was very rude when we asked for our deposit. Owner was aggressive and confronted us multiple times when we explained that there was a cleaning charge already included in our initial bill. Owner referred to us as pigs which we felt was inappropriate.

Owner is happy to use Airbnb and other platforms to receive bookings but refuses to abide by the companies rules. He always mentions "My house my rules".

We had the chance to spend an amazing 3 months (Sept-Dec 2021) in this beautiful home finely nestled between Omis and Split. This house is simply perfect, has all the furniture you need, comfortable bed, great kitchen, incredible comfy sofa, and great media room, incredible view, fast internet, convenient access (you need a car) to all the best that Dalmatia has to offer. Villa offers privacy and is located in very quiet place. There are great views to mountains and to the see in distance. Place is well furnitured and equipped, and on hot weather existing cooling indoors was pleasant. Owners were helpful in few small things we needed advice on. Krka, Split and Omis within day trip distance. All in all it we had a great holiday and we were really happy choosing Luxury...
