Although a modest hotel in the center of the town it has everything one might need. Personnel is professional, friendly, courteous and they were all the time trying to help us in anything we might need. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make our stay the most pleasant one. I certainly did not expect the first class service in a small provincial hotel, especially as the price is very modest. Rooms are spacious with big windows and bathrooms are big and newly refurbished. Very nice and well protected parking area. Well stocked bar and a pleasant garden in the back of the hotel. The surprise came with food. Absolutely fantastic. We had dinner and liked it so much that we changed our initial plan and stayed for lunch the next day too. I stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was more than satisfied. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and warm - exactly what I needed to relax. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and it is clear that she puts a lot of effort into her job.

Unfortunately, I noticed some malicious reviews that do not reflect the real situation. These reviews speak more about the personal frustrations of individuals than about the hotel itself. I am sorry that such a positive story is being tried to belittle without any real reason.

Amazing food, staff and rooms! The staff always give a very warm welcome and also give the best advice on where to go if you are not sure. The hotel is spotless and the cleaners always smile and say hello. The owners Stefano and Martina are a very humble couple that own the hotel and are always happy to sit and have a drink with you. Hand on my heart I have never been to a more welcoming hotel in my life and I highly doubt I will ever get this kind of service anywhere else in the world.
