I've stayed for one night in a single bed room.||I have to agree with other reviewers regarding the bed size. I don't know about double bed rooms, but for a single bed room, it's been a while since I've seen a smaller bed in a hotel. Room is a bit small but there is plenty space for 10cm wider bed!||Internet WiFi is available, but free only first 30 minutes. After that you have to pay... I forgot how much per 1Gb. Not much, but I find it unacceptable that in 21st century a hotel anywhere in Europe would be charging for internet access. Specially because they're not charging much. So they can't be making a lot of money on that particular service. That sort of attitude is making more damage than good to this hotel.||I like the hotel location, close to city center. It's easy to find because it's one of the tallest buildings there.||I did order a dinner in room, which arrived in a timely manner. Food is very good and not expensive, hotel staff was very kind on every occasion.||Just this policy with internet access I don't...
Read moreIf you ever get to Sisak for any reason and need accomodation, this is the only possible choice, as this is the biggest hotel in town. Also the only one if you compare it to others(size, location, facilities (bar, restaurant, lounge, hair dresser, parking, etc). Hotel was renovated recently (2009), so it has some 40 rooms which look quite nice. Beds are good and the rooms are quiet (tested by people who sleep in hotel app 160 nights a year for years...author included ;-). If you are staying for the weekend, you can expect 1-2 weddings, but this will not influence your stay in any way (apart from more people circulating around). The staff is just great, and if you need any information or help, the marketing manager or hotel director will sit with you and solve it over a cup of coffee (which will probably be gratis). Director was quite happy to hear that one of the guys claimed his room being better than the one he had in Walldorf Astoria in New York!||Highly...
Read moreThis is the place you visit if you want to know how the end of the world will look like.||Spent two nights there, WIFI very poor and costs, 1000 tv channels in every language, German, Italian, Russian and other East European countries but only about three in Croatian. Very poor considering Sisak is in centre of Croatia. When questioned about this their comment was that years ago they had Russian soldiers stationed there and kept the channels. ||Place stank of oil and cigarette smoke and although there are no smoking signs, cleaners were regularly smoking in hallways. Staff were friendly and food was good||but staying in the hotel was painful. Not much to do in the city itself, having coffee near the river was probably the best thing that happened.||Would never...
