We had a great stay at the villa during the summer months. Very spacious with large sized rooms, outdoor and indoor areas. The hosts are super friendly and made sure we were ok throughout our stay. Strong 4G wifi connection throughout the house (even top floor corners) and we had no problems at all.
All bedrooms have ensuite and own aircon unit. The pool is a good size with sufficient sunbathing space and beds. Plenty of activites available to keep you occupied, including BBQ, trampoline, table tennis room, indoor gym, volley ball court.
Though it is slightly further away from town, around 1hr drive to Split centre and nearest decent sized supermarket is 20mins drive south in the town called Cista Provo. Otherwise there's a bigger supermarket (Lidl) around 30mins away (West) or a local market 10mins drive. If you have a car, it shouldn't be a problem at all.
A nice local village touch was the elderly neighbours (who spoke German) were extremely friendly. As was the baker who would drove past each day to stop by to check if we wanted fresh pastries and bread. There is also a local cat that drops by a few times a day. We stayed here in june. Really lovely house with bathrooms connected with every bedroom. There are no pictures on the bathrooms but they are really nice and clean. The landloards are super friendly and always so helpful. If you have any questions they are quick to answer and they also come with suggestions what you can do when you stay here.
The pool is really nice as well and they clean it once or twice a week. There is small supermarkets 15-20 min from the house.

Wir, 9 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind haben uns über dem gesamten Zeitraum sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist in einem top Zustand und Überdurchschnittlich sauber. Die Vermieter sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir wurden sogar gefragt ob wir etwas brauchen was man uns hätte mitgebracht. Hier merkt man deutlich, dass das Vermieterpaar mit Herz und Blut dieses Objekt vermarkten, welches luxuriös gestalten ist. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend angrenzend gibt es Supermärkte, Tankstellen, Strände, Bars und andere sehr interessante Orte die wenige Minuten entfernt sind. Wir bekamen per WhatsApp die interessantesten Angebote und Aktivitäten direkt vom Vermieter gesendet, sodass wir ohne recherchieren direkt los konnten. Jeder dieser Empfehlungen haben sich zu 100% gelohnt. Die Vermieter sprechen perfektes deutsch und der Nachbar der ca 100 Meter entfernt wohnt ist sehr freundlich, spricht deutsch und hat uns alle zu sich eingeladen zum Essen und trinken, hier kann man wirklich sehr gut den Alltagstrott vergessen, entspannen tolle Dinge sehen und unternehmen. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich für jede Altersgruppe sehr zu empfehlen.
