I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the housekeeping services during our recent stay at your hotel from June 16 to June 21, 2025, in room number 122. I hope that this feedback will contribute to the improvement of service quality in line with the Kempinski brand standards.
Room Cleaning
During our stay, we encountered several specific issues:
On Tuesday, we did not receive any medium-sized towels.
On Wednesday, the toilet was not cleaned, and used glasses and an ice cream cup were left unwashed.

These shortcomings are not acceptable in a 5-star hotel and certainly not in a property under the Kempinski brand. We found the housekeeping standard to be noticeably below average based on our experience in comparable hotels.
Beach and Pool Service
We would like to acknowledge that the staff at the bar were always kind and helpful, for which we are thankful. However, compared to our experience at Kempinski PortoroĆŸ, the service was weaker in the following aspects:
There were no QR codes on the sunbeds for ordering food and drinks.
There was no option to order directly from the sunbed, and we had to walk to the bar each time.
It appeared that there were fewer staff members serving the beach and pool area, which affected the overall service experience.
In PortoroĆŸ, these services were much more efficiently organized and noticeably elevated the guest experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a kind, attentive, and impressively numerous staff who spoke excellent English and were always ready to assist. A special mention goes to the team at the pool bar â incredibly friendly and warm-hearted, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere.
The main pool was perfect â pleasantly warm, with no unpleasant chlorine smell, and just the right depth, even for our young children. The hotel is very child-friendly and tolerant towards families, yet still maintains a peaceful and respectful environment thanks to the well-mannered guests.
We originally booked a standard room, but the lovely receptionist proactively checked the available options for an upgrade and kindly took the time to personally show us a few rooms. I really appreciated this level of service and did not hesitate to upgrade to a beautiful room with sea and pool views. The room was spacious and featured a large, comfortable bathroom.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the Ă la carte dining â the meals were both delicious and interesting, with great presentation. Although this is a luxurious 5-star hotel, the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and unpretentious, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
