Apartvilla Zanna — Hotel in Grad Vodnjan

We (3 adults and 1 6 year old child) stayed 4 weeks during summer 2024 at Apartment Zanna, hosted by Vesna and Damir.

We really enjoyed our stay and it isdefinitely a highly recommended place to stay when planning to stay in Istria. Here are our top 3 reasons why:

1. first of all the hosts! Amazing couple, super helpful and always caring, despite language barriers we always enjoyed our conversations and received prompt feedback.

2. the place: beautiful interior, super clean and well equipped. From the showers to the pool outside or the spacious terrace for sunset drink and chat after a long day. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and the couch in the living room was the perfect bed for our kid. We cooked a lot indoors but also used the bbq next to the pool. We played badminton next to the fig trees and had even some figs for our Joghurt in the morning. It’s really a great place to stay compared to other rentals in that area.

3. galizana is a great place to stay and discover Istria. If you like it less touristic and quite, this is the place. Hidden in olive tree yards but still 15 min away from Pula or beautiful beaches in Fazana. You have a lot to discover and do. Grocery options, bakeries and beach but also great attractions. The coffee spot Bora Nera, the bakery Vilson, the Pula market, and the world renowned and awarded oleo vivo olive farm.

Wir verbringen momentan unseren ersten Kroatien Urlaub in der wunderschönen Apartvilla Zanna. Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einem Feldweg mitten im Olivenhain in einem kleinen istrischen Dorf. Man wohnt mitten in der Natur und kann die Ruhe wirklich genießen. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, alles wurde bis ins kleinste Detail bedacht. Es ist alles super sauber und ordentlich, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Selbst in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Terrasse ist atemberaubend und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Brijuni Inseln.

Die Gastgeber Vesna und Damir sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Als wir ankamen wurden wir direkt vor der Tür empfangen, ein Obstkorb, Wein und viele tolle Kleinigkeiten standen schon bereit für uns. Die beiden sind sehr liebenswert und sehr um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bemüht. Auch Kinder werden hier herzlich empfangen, es gibt viele Spielsachen und eine tolle Schaukel!
