Apartment in a good location pool and beach reserved for the Apartments. Food at the bar mid range quality. Market just 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Lots of restaurants and 15 minutes walk along the beach. View from the pool area is amazing. Make sure if you want to swim in the sea you have river shoes the rocks are very, very sharp and mossy. Parasailing and jet skis located 2 minutes from the pool area awesome friendly people work there. Boat rentals too but in Croatia you must hold a boat license to rent one. 40 Kuna to go on the sandy beach per adult. There should be a book located in the apartment of how to:- for example the water heater and air conditioning system. Change of linens 5 € pp and towels €5 pp. No microwave in the kitchen or coffee pot. Limited utensils. No screens so a few mosquitoes. Staff not friendly at all. The only one who was friendly was the pool attendant. Pool area very, very dangerous. We saw lots of kids slip and fall really hard the wood boards are really slick at the steps going into the pool i did tell the employees at the pool and reported it to the front office too. Was it worth the money...

i really hated this apartment, it looked nice on pictures, but the food was discraceful and inedible, the apartment had a lot of weaknesses and was worth maximum half the price. the garden was to walled in mini-areas without gras. the beach was shared (which is okay, but it would be better to go there in another apartment and pay for your spot". all this for a horendous price

the worst was the handling of our complaints: "did you book with tui?" - "yes" - "go to them they responsible". No "sorry" or we try to...

Ne znam odkud da pocnem...pa mozda od ovoga da slike nemaju veze sa stvarnoscu. Apartmani su smjesteni u 3., a neki i u 4.redu od plaze (cca 300-400m) uzbrdica, a more prakticki ni ne vidite. U 1.redu su vile koje su u privatnom vlasnistu i nemaju nikakve veze s njima. Kako sam invalidna osoba, nikako mi nije odgovarao apartman na 1.katu do kojeg se uspinjem stepenicama i od kojeg imate do najblize plaze 300 m, koja je usput receno katastrofalna, osobito za obitelji s djecom. Koristenje na vlastitu odgovornost jer je na ulazu u more ogromno kamenje , ostro i mozete samo slomiti nogu , a do druge pjescane plaze imate 1,5 km hoda i nadoplacuje se 40 kn-a po osobi. Bar na plazi takoder preskup- 2 kave i sok 70,00 kn-a 25.08., apartman nije uređen kao na slikama, a nismo imali ni kadu u kupaonici. U kuhinji nedostaje mikrovalna i perilica za suđe (u 21.smo stoljecu). Usporedbe radi , u hotelu sa 4☆i polupansionom mozete u tom terminu ljetovati 7 dana za 7.000 kn-a, a mi smo dvije noci za 2 odrasle osobe i dijete od 9 godina platili 2.500 kn-a (160 eura po danu samo spavanje). Omjer pruzene usluge i cijene je u totalnom nesrazmjeru. Ovo pisem samo kako nasi ljudi ne bi nasjedali i isli doma razocarani praznih đepova. Nakon boravka u Falkensteiner apartmanima vam iznad glave stoji upitnik i magarac. Mene i moju obitelj nece vidjeti sigurno vise nikada jer ovo sto oni nude ne vrijedi vise od 60 eura po danu, a ne bezobraznih 160 eura na...
