We (7 Adults and 9 Childern) spent in this Villa 9 days, it was a wonderful time. As we arrived we were welcomed with open arms by the owner.
by the way, the owner is speaking very well English and is very helpful.
The accommodation contains a nice double house. The rooms are big and comfortable equipted.
nice and clean pool with light for the night a playground for childern fast portable WiFi 2 big kitchens with new equipment air conditions are available nice balcony with a swing smart TV's very clean bathrooms Barbecue Grill etc...
The House is located in a small and quiet village. You can get your bread every morning fresh. The village is very close to the highway and the beach Brella is just 25min far away.
We can highly recommend this accommodation and we would book this Villa, as soon as we go...

Amazing! This home is everything as advertised if not more! The peace and quiet that surrounded us was amazing, the only sounds in the neighborhood were the birds and crickets! Great mountain view from the balconies! We really managed to relax and didn’t have to worry about anything, the whole place was completely equipped down to the tiniest details, it even has the gym, bikes, grill that was huge, kids playground….we enjoyed the pool with massage and night lighting and their homemade liquors on the patio haha .. amazing food altogether, they welcomed us with a whole platter of homemade products, like honey, marmalade, cheese and prosciutto! The hosts really wanted to make sure we were happy and even the communication was not an issue as they speak in more languages! I definitely would love to return and I recommend...

We had a fantastic stay at the Modern Villa in Katuni! The villa was spacious, beautifully and offered all the everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by Marina, who greeted us with a lovely surprise that made our stay even more special.
The setting is peaceful and perfect for anyone looking to unwind, and the surrounding nature adds to the charm of the place. Whether you’re spending time indoors or enjoying the outdoor spaces, there’s plenty of room to spread out and relax. However, it’s important to note that having a car is essential to fully enjoy the area.
